YJ earned an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Concorde College. Her interest in physical therapy began through personal experiences with injury, which inspired her to enter the field. She is deeply passionate about supporting children and their families with developmental delays, always providing care with compassion and respect. YJ is bilingual in English and Korean and was born in Korea, later growing up in both Korea and Canada. Since 2012, YJ has been dedicated to the practice of yoga, completing over 1,000 hours of training across various styles. Her studies include Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga. She has primarily taught Vinyasa Flow classes, and has also led Chair Yoga and Mommy and Me (toddlers) yoga sessions.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, watching Disney movies, and spending time with her cat.
