Current Opportunities

We are always excited to connect with qualified and passionate clinicians.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / CCC-SLP or CF)

Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, social communication, and feeding challenges. Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members, track progress, and provide education and home strategies to support carryover of skills.

Occupational Therapist (OT / OTR/L)


Support children in developing sensory processing, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, feeding, and self-regulation skills. Create individualized treatment plans, implement play-based and functional interventions, collaborate with caregivers and team members, and provide strategies to support independence across environments.

Physical Therapist (PT / DPT)


Provide evaluation and treatment to improve gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility. Develop individualized care plans, use movement-based and play-centered interventions, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, and support safe participation in daily activities.

Therapy Assistants

Licensed clinicians who provide direct client care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech Therapist (ST), or Physical Therapist (PT). Assist with implementing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, documenting client progress, and supporting therapeutic outcomes in alignment with supervising therapist guidance.

Clinical Support Staff

Support therapists and therapy assistants by preparing materials, organizing therapy spaces, assisting with session logistics, and maintaining documentation systems. Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations while contributing to high-quality patient care and positive family experiences.

Student & Clinical Fieldwork Opportunities

We welcome students, clinical fellows, and emerging professionals who are eager to learn in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. Our team values teaching and helping future clinicians build strong clinical foundations.

Volunteers

We welcome volunteers year-round who are looking to learn more about pediatric therapy, accrue observation hours for graduate school, and inform their decision making about their career path.
