Karnie Babikian, MS, RD

Karnie Babikian is a Pediatric Dietitian who completed her training at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, where she worked with a variety of patient populations in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. During her training, she gained experience in general nutrition and health promotion, as well as in nutrition therapy for managing various disease states. A key component of her training included a Leadership Education program focused on serving children with neurodevelopmental and related disabilities.
 
Before beginning her training to become a Registered Dietitian, Karnie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with an emphasis on Physiology and Metabolism from the University of California, Berkeley. She then obtained a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Interventions, Communication, and Behavior Change from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
 
Karnie is passionate about helping children develop healthy relationships with food and enjoys supporting parents in nourishing their kids for optimal growth and development. She values interdisciplinary care and loves collaborating with other professionals to enhance patient care outcomes.
